If you think that they are going to jail over this, I think youre being a bit optimistic. Dont get me wrong, Im very happy they got caught, but more than likely with no previous criminal record and as long as they are halfway decent citizens they arent going to do any time whatsoever. More than likely probation for a year or so for the 17yr old, and fines/restitution that will have to be handled in family court. No judge wants to label a minor as a juvenile delinquent, and possibly mess up the rest of their lives b/c of some stupid stunts they pulled when they were young.

atleast one has been in trouble already. infact one of the kids was just bragging about snapping a pic of his friend going to jail an hour ago for assult.
