If you think that they are going to jail over this, I think youre being a bit optimistic. Dont get me wrong, Im very happy they got caught, but more than likely with no previous criminal record and as long as they are halfway decent citizens they arent going to do any time whatsoever. More than likely probation for a year or so for the 17yr old, and fines/restitution that will have to be handled in family court. No judge wants to label a minor as a juvenile delinquent, and possibly mess up the rest of their lives b/c of some stupid stunts they pulled when they were young.

Ok good, thats another thing ya got going your way. Judges are often timid in labeling a minor that has no priors, but it seems with their record they may be a bit harder on em!
yeah those little kids are a bunch of punks, i know about 6-10 of them have been arrested this year (i dont know if the kids that did this were one of them) but maybe the judge will realise they are all in one group so they should get it bad

Don’t you worry, if they are going to get smashed in the ass in jail, they will be riding around the streets. At least one is over 16, and can be tried as an adult, which means they can get stomped out (by concerned citizens that had nothing to do with this incident first hand) as an adult too… if someone were to find out who they were. :ninja
