EDIT 2: I’m 1300 miles away, ill deal with this, and probably do it with more immunity than the guys locally.

SPCA has members that are on call to respond to animals in vehicles… They get there super fucking fast. Probably faster than police would get to your house if you said you’re about to kill your children.
I’m surprised they haven’t been there by now…
