Just got done eating a grape fruit a banana with cinnamon and peanut butter and a hard boiled egg. And I liked it. Plus hopefully gonna try and quit smoking. I know it might be wishful thinking but i hope to lose 60 pounds this time next year.

ps. no more turners iced tea going to switch to green tea. (im sorry turners)
