OK well that’s a little complicated… How about this…

0ne serving of whole grain carbs per day… this is whole wheat pasta, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, etc. (serving sizes are on the back on the conatiners… for example: I believe oatmeal is 1/2 cup uncooked.

only 0 calorie drinks

only fat free milk

eat as much lean meat and veggies and fruit as you want.

Probably has Splenda in it

PS… You can buy daily vitamins with Green Tea in them. They are called “metabolism boost” or “Diet Support” depending on the name brand.

Sounds pretty good to me…I would include nuts too…they are a good source of fat and protein.

That is basic WW core Plan

yup yup! I have been on core for a few weeks now and I have added cous cous and quinoa to my diet since those grains aren’t limited. :slight_smile:

I like the core plan. I think it is super easy. No writing things down. No measuring. Just stick to the basics.

Today for lunch I had one boneless skinless chicken breast and a can of green beans. I have an apple for snack and will probably have oatmeal for dinner because my dinners are so late in the day I don’t like to eat to much at that time.

^ it is easy, but also involves some cooking. I hate cooking so in that sense it isn’t easy, but in not writing everything down I love it. I make cous cous and canned chicken and that is usually my lunch.

I cook most of my core stuff in the microwave

Chicken in the microwave is not pretty but tastes good.

Frozen breast in a glass or ceramic dish

Little bit of water and seasonings… cooks in about 12 minutes.
