kouki > versa.

Atleast the versa is more practical for year round!

Haha yeah I own one. Thing is awesome! It’s like driving a go-kart and is quiet as a mouse. Been a number of times I wasn’t sure if it was even on. Also the visibility in it is great!

Why?

major step backwards

but i am sure there are many reasons why it makes sense

any withdrawals from rwd yet?

ped, i thought you had a Civic?
nice Versa, I am thinking of picking one up too :D.

kouki to versa sounds like you just had a kid, or just got married, or just lost your job. it’s just different.

my dad’s got a 07 versa base model auto. not much i can say about it…especially not right after a kouki

wow… how much did you pay for that versa anyway?

Nah the civic was just an idea which i later scraped. Dude go pick one up! we can have meets =P
Gentlemen, 0% down and 0% financing for 60 months is why this car makes sense ! It’s a nice daily. I do miss the rwd though.
Bing any aftermarket support ? Apparently Nismo makes a suspension kit for the Versa. HOooooo baby!

The Kouki was awsome but i was tired of not driving in the winter and watching the price of 240’s get lower and lower. Maybe i’ll pick up an s15 if we don’t get boned like Quebec!
Fully loaded, auto + nav = 22k out the door.

Ryan, DO IT!

0% is really hard to argue with for people who need a reliable daily driver.

A side note on the depreciation of 240’s, you lost more money driving the versa off the lot than keeping the Kouki for another 5 years. Granted, you won’t need to throw money at the Versa to keep it on the road whereas the Kouki would start needing constant attention if you drive it a lot.

Could ahve been worse and got emasculated by a minivan. LMFAO-the Versa is a blast

sounds like a good deal man… see, this is the mindset that everyone on here wishes they had: to get a nice, reliable, smooth car that doesn’t need constant attention and cause constant headaches. we know it makes our lives easier and it makes sense. yet, our problem is that we’d rather buy a 15 year+ old car and deal with rusted body panels / frame, oil leaks, bondo work, etc… one day i’ll get myself a “normal” car and call it a day.

Let me add to your thoughts, you don’t need to get a brand new car in order to have peace of mind, you can buy a 2-4 year old car and still have the same experience while not taking the hit of initial depreciation. I bought a 2004 Subaru in 2008 with 80-90k KM on the odo, and I’ve had two years of peace and will get another year or two before I have to do the camshaft belt. That’s 1/2 the cost for the same amount of worry free driving the car would have been new.

apparently not since thats what the dumb bitch that smashed into me was drivin!
