solid aluminum subframe bushings vs polyurethane?

I’m wondering where people are getting these S13/S14 polyurethane subframe bushings from… I’ve never seen them for our cars. I’ve seen them for Z32’s (Energy suspension has them).
I need to do mine as well, since I hate these subframe inserts I have now.

Also, I think the solid aluminum bushings are a bit too harsh for street driving.
