This! Is it as nice as yours or at least close? Pricing wise equal,more,less than yours? I am looking at spending what you did but in Lancaster/OP/Hamburg and with the tax difference I could go a bit higher if needed but would rather re invest that savings into the property.

That house across the street used to be in pretty rough shape, they’ve really done a Huge amount (at least last time I saw) to the house and it looks great.
The one that was once green I’m assuming? considering it was the only house in rough shape on the whole street, haha.
Yeah lol, paint was chipping, old windows…Lot of cosmetics. It wasn’t like it was a vacant easy site slumlord apartment or anything, but definitely wasn’t up to par with the rest of the street.

The house is around 3500-4000sqft. They did a pretty nice reno. I believe they are going to ask somewhere between 450-550k.
To above some old woman lived alone in it the last 20 years and at the ripe age of 93 she was moved into a home. Her family sold the home to some dude who did the reno.

There were a two last year that needed a bunch of updating that sold around 300 which were sweet deals. But I will ask the guy when I see him next what his bottom price is on it.
