I have one program i just installed yesterday that my father got from a golfing tournament, but thats some microsoft photo editing program I have not learned how to use or played around with yet.
I am waiting for someone at my work to bring me a copy of photoshop and illistrator. I took one class at ecc that taught you how to use the two programs
as for the reasons, I was looking at getting a new camera. I wanted something I could add some lens’s to, also I wanted a fast sport shot, ability to change aperture and shutter speeds, also the 18x optical zoom was perfect. I didnt feel like dealing with the d40 or d60 with the auto focus needing to be in the lens, so I would need to spend more on those lens’s if I got that style of camera. I’m aware I wont be able to add big lens’s due to the quality of the threads on the camera now, but it has a lot of adjustments i can do myself.

Slightly bland to be honest. But some p/s will take care of that. Looks like it would have been difficult to make them pop right off the camera considering the light.
Flower shot needs to be sharper. I’m at work so I can’t look at the EXIF data but I will when I get home. Try framing the picture in your head before taking it. That usually helps composition. As well as the rule of thirds.
