what they should actually do is make a 2nd highway that mirrors the existing ones and when you come to a merger point, theres a sign “you must be this JDM tyte to enter” and any fool in his cavalier will get a giant novelty sized broom pushing him off the ramp…signs stating speed limiting will be removed and replaced with minimums and the km/h will be replaced with RPM lol
I’ve been there and i didn’t see highways without traffic…also there are many police cars everywhere…
