This is not my video, but mine does this sometimes, just under 120km/h. Also, it doesn’t move sometimes until I hit 30km/h, and then shoots up from 0 to there, and just acts funny in the low end. Otherwise, it works perfectly. Odometer/tach work perfectly.
What could cause this?
The wires coming from the speedometer are being induced voltage from a separate source or not getting any voltage (something else may be being induced by its voltage).
I’m gonna take apart some of the dash at the front. I hope its easy to get the cluster off without taking off the dashboard. I also need to clean my light switch module in the steering column.
Has anyone fixed this speedo issue before? It’s driving me nuts.
sounds like the speedo it’self to me.
cluster comes off easily itll take u about 5 min to take it out.

Thanks guys, I’ll get to it when I have some free time. Hopefully I can just pop out and replace the speedo without effecting the odometer, or damaging anything else.
mine was doing that, i just changed the speedo and it worked fine
