I’m about to step off of my parents family plan with verizon and i was thinking about switching to Sprint because i get a good discount through work for them.
Outside of crappy customer service how is everything else? do you guys get alot of dropped calls, roaming etc?
No problems with sprint customer service.
I’ve never dropped a call on my new phone, i hardly jump into roaming.
Check with them before you get a plan. I know you can’t get a discount on the everything plans. Otherwise, I love sprint.

i drop calls thats b/c im the only white dot on the map… but i have had sprint for 8 years now and i love them …cust serv is the best IMO if you bitch you get your way :tup: free texting and free internets here …

They killed the SERO plan, thank god I still have mine grandfathered in.
i love EVDO, get over a meg/sec download speeds depending on signal
and you cant beat unlimited text/internet

As for service, no problem. Hardly ever drop calls and clear signal. East Aurora area used to be sketchy, but that was with my old phone.
there phones stinkkkkk , they have yet to make a cool phone , the Q is ok
Yeah I read something about it.
They started up a new employee friend plan, calling it something else, and they doubled the price.
Its like 59.99 per month now for the same old sero deal, with a few more minutes.
Right now I pay 30 bucks for 500 minutes and unlimited data, and they stacked a 27 percent corporate discount on top of that. Comes out to be like 25 bucks a month after taxes.
My 2 year contract has been expired for like a year now, I hope they don’t make me sign anytime soon.
They paid me 150 bucks to sign that 2 year contract and they gave me a free basic phone.
That was back in the day when the incentives were crazy.

Over a year ago I just emailed customer service.
They applied it right away.
I found out later on a forum that they weren’t supposed to do that, but that secret is safe with me.
lol i have free internet and text till 3055 (somthing about that is as far as the computer would go on a date)… <3 sprint

I lose calls/have no service if I’m driving by the lake in the Southtowns. That’s my only complaint.
