when do we want the first meet of 2004?
perhaps a sunday or saturday meet at SQ1,
maybe another go-kart meet?
maybe both???

lets do this in march or early april before exams.
How about we consider the March 25th event an official event. I mean
a lot of people are showing interest in coming there so let’s look forward
to that first.
And if that isn’t that successful (for SON) then we will consider
one in April. It’s too bad the March 25th even is on a Thursday. Would
have been better if it were Fri. or Sat.
Anywho, my vote is to try for the March 25th.
yeah, it’s just that i have class until 10 on thursdays and i work in the morning.
i will see if i can duck out early.
There are a lot of people comming on the 25th, we may as well turn it into an official meet.
One issue is that some members are underage and can’t come inside. But I think there will be enough of us outside to keep each other entertained.
We can have a Square1 meet later on when the weather is warmer, and
most people won’t mind being outside as much.
I say lets make the 25th the first 2004 meet. We can use this date to
collect membership dues, and make March 31st the cutoff date.
So by March 31 nobody else will be allowed to join SON? and the “2004 Team” will be set?
I think he means the cutoff date for previous members who haven’t renewed with this year’s dues. You can join at any time during the year.
I think Jarrett said he could get members in who are underage but will not be able to drink.

Yeah sounds good to make this an official meet. Noone will have an excuse not to pay membership if they show up
