Couple of questions on 180’s for those that might know.
Did the auto’s come with VLSD?Is there a difference between the LSD and Non-LSD driveshafts? Do aftermarket units like kaaz fit both lsd and non lsd housing?

no there is no difference between a non lsd drive shaft
specify when you buying a aftermarket lsd if you need on for an open diff or a vlsd

No they don’t have any indication AFAIK. Sometime there are orange stickers on the diff, but it’s likely no longer there after 15 years.

Your 2 way diff was probably installed in a open diff case. There are differnt lengths trust me i have had both.
no no, i still have my open diff in my car and i picked up a drive shaft from jdm source off a rps13 (was written on the drive shaft). perfect fitment.
