To give you an idea for anyone contemplating buying the whole setup, this is how it sounded and ran. Very responsive, made full boost before 4000 rpm at 20lb’s could rev up while drifting in third at around 3000 rpm; did not feel like a turbo car. The purpose of it for me was not max power potential but to have a responsive motor that I could correct mistakes and chase down slower or faster cars.
The motor was a stock SR20DET redtop with ARP headbolts and apexi metal headgasket running a Garrett GTX2863R turbocharger with AEM water meth and AEM v2 standalone. Custom schedule 10 top mount manifold for t2 flange turbo with internal wastegate, pie cut downpipe to exhaust.
