That’s semi-true. Of course, dynos can also be manipulated. For the 03’s it was fairly common for people to dyno in the 220s (granted it was rated at 215 HP from dodge, which normally you would take as a crank rating). The 04’s have bigger injectors and a retuned computer, so 240 isn’t out of the question, but I think high 230s is more common.
