It’s only to a point, both directions. If you aren’t hooking at all, your ET and trap are going to be terrible period.
yea i would assume hooking out of the hole means no spin and all speed giving you a better mph, spinning tires means getting no where at low mph their for meaning you trap lower…i guess its one of those things that on paper makes no sense…to me atleast
The only thing I could think of is due to the tires spinning, more heat generated which eventually translates into more grip, so after it’s done spinning, it hooks more than say, off the line, and picks up speed faster.
ehh yea i see what u mean, because when spinning tires are going at a higher mph and when it hooks it hooks at a high mph? if i understood it correctly it makes a little sense lol

Never met you but I totally agree. The drama this season is out of control and has totally taken the fun out of it. I’m at the point that I refuse to race anyone without video cams in both cars, air horn to start, and a debrief after the race.
