Hey Bing, I’ve got an idea which I think will work pretty well… You said you need atleast 2 ppl to buy to do these, right? Well, the way I see it, the second person is getting the sweeter deal, b/c the first one has to deposit and wait for a second guy, where the seconds just gets it now. This way nobody wants to be the first guy.
How about… have the first guy pay $50 less, and the second guy pay $50 more as an incentive to get in on it early. This way, there won’t be people going like: oh, i want to… but i’m gonna wait for someone else to put down a deposit first, b/c I don’t wanna wait…
I really think you’ll be able to sell more this way.
