they just did the 98 conversion and lots of weight reduction when they put the ls1 in. You know whose car that is, right? Charles little brothers from sickspeedperformance. Thats currently the 4th fastest cam only ls1 in the world.
287x lbs, trex cam, stalled auto through a 4.56 gear I believe, race fuel, moser 12 bolt, speed density tuned, 28" hosier drag radial.
I remember charles texting me about that run because they were ecstatic. I believe the 60’ was 1.4 or better. In the video you can see it lifts the wheels a good 8" or so.

wellll trex cams usually make well north of 400rwhp let alone 380rwhp even thu auto’s so im thinking its a bs number. but with a 4.56gear, tall ass tire, and 28XXlbs…buttttttttt im pretty sure thats not a cam only 380whp car…appears to have a turbo in front bumper no? what you building a LS3 at coppolas john
they both were. Look at the trap speeds of both runs. There was only a 1mph difference.
being N/A then spraying, there would be a very big speed difference.
LOL car is not turbo. It is a Cam only car. I have seen it in person. Even has 241 cast heads on it.

in the first run it looks like he lifted a few times. His wheels bounced off the ground 3 times. If you stay in it, that wouldnt happen.
thats why the second run it just hangs the wheels. He stayed in it. In the past he put the car on the bumper and when it came down, smashed in his oil pan, broke his k member and a bunch of other shit. Im sure he was trying to prevent that from happening again.
not sure whats in his front bumper but I assure you its not a turbo. You would hear it spool on the footbrake anyways…and you and I both know that a guy that builds ls1’s for a living wouldnt boost a trex cam.
i also know that a guy who builts ls1’s with a trex, running low 10s wouldnt make 380rwhp:hug
