Anyone had problems with their injectors going static and sticking open ? I attempted to get my S13 outta the garage this afternoon and I couldn’t figure out why it kept flooding with fuel instead of starting and my only guess was an injector was stuck open because after a quick check the #3 cylinder had a nice little pool of gas in it (where as the others didn’t).
Anyhow… I got the car started. Ended up un-plugging all the injectors and it actually ran for a few seconds. Plugged them back in and it wouldn’t start. Did that a few times and then it finally stayed running.
Can an Injector just randomly stick open? Only reason I’m curious is because in 3yrs this is literally the 1st and only time I had to screw with my car in order to get it running.
