STEELERS vs cowboys

more like 6

take 3 away from the steelers, give three to the cowboys… 3 points was my logic

if it were a 6 point margin of error, it would be different

football is like watching the olympics to me, I dont care :kekegay:

sti/rosewoodt- that game was awesome nice lateral by the losers in the 4th but they
were no match for us and ben. 100

Try somthing like every time a team scores a TD, you take a shot . Or for you shag every time they hike the ball :bigok:

:shaggy: man that could be a sobering 4 hours

Steelers looked good again. Some iffy defensive play calling let them break a few big runs, and the secondary AGAIN left a lot to be desired, but Big Ben looked fucking great. His poise under pressure makes him look like he’s been an NFL starter for a decade. Im glad that he got some pressure on him, because none of the other teams he’s faced have been able to rush effectively. He needs as much experience as he can get right now. Duce looked good, O line looked good, D line/Safties/Linebackers looked good. If we could get a decent set of Cornerbacks, then we’d be golden.

Big Ben = 21/25 for 175 yards and 2TD’s. 78/113 in 4 games for 937 yards and 7TD’s. which are impressive stats considering how much of a run-oriented offense the Steelers use.

Has anyone heard anything about Casey Hampton? I thought I heard something about he might be out for the year or something, but I wasn’t really paying attention and wasn’t sure what they said on espn’s nfl primetime… Anyone see anything about it?

casey hampton and chad scott might be out for the year

I don’t really give a shit about Chad Scott, he’s been a fucking bum since he blew out his knee in his second or third season… Why the Steelers haven’t addressed that situation yet it beyond me. I think plugging Colclough, Taylor, or Williams in there will defenately not be any worse than Scott, and with Colclough and Taylor, probably a little bit of an upgrade b/c they’re so damn atheltic.

If we lose Casey Hampton, we are fucked. Our middle linebackers will loose all their ability to roam and make tackles and teams will be able to run on us more which will open up the pass more against either a shitty C. Scott or two youngsters that might start for him. Losing Hampton could be a HUGE loss if it happens.

very good game

x2

Gotta say it sucks my Boys got beat but it was a great game to watch. Unfortionate about the injuries and I was really hoping when Rothlinsberger(sp) got sacked that one time that he would be alright! I hate seeing the injuries! Cowboys did punish him though, so it looks like he will be on the ice all week long!

COWBOYS SUCK

Go to hell :madfawk:

i heard this morning that Casey is definatley out for the year w/ a knee injury. Scott has a knee injury also, but it is unknown how long he’ll be out for. i agree Scott’s injury isnt too big deal. i dont think hes a bum, but that gives Taylor and Colclough a chance to play both r probably as fast or faster than scott. Hamptons injury will hurt us. but Chris Hoke will fill in for him and he was awesome in pre-season, so hopefully he will remain solid.

Steelers actually looked good, Big Ben isn’t a John Elway by any means…yet. Give him a year or two in the league and i think this kid will put up big numbers. Screw tommy maddox im glad he got sidelined, shitty circumtances but glad he on the side. He makes a better back up then starter.

i dont want to go to dallass!

steelers fan always need one scapegoat in the secondary and since dewayne washington is gone its chad scott. But think about this. those of you believe that bill cowher is a good coach, you do know he puts cahd out there. I believe that if he was as bad as people say he would not be a starting CB in the NFL. You don’t have a postion like that if you are sooo terrible.

i dont think scott is as bad as people say. i just think his injury isnt as significant as Hamptons.
