Well I ordered parts first and that experience was shitty. So I bashed you, then thought I may have been wrong shit happens. So I apologized. I then believed in all the hype on Evom with your builds and such. I needed a clutch done so I did my research and figured hey Evom guys are not complaining and I didn’t take into account they spend thousands not $500.00.
Money has nothing to do with it.
The drain bolt was only on finger tight, once I got home I looked under the car seen dripping and felt the plug and it wasn’t tight. I tightend the bolt and just left the car alone then contacted STM. Yeah Emery was gonna fix that problem, about 2 weeks later he comes and picks up car on trailer. Get to shop and yeah barely any fluid is missing from the tcase.
Every time you say this you fail to mention anything about a jack. I tried to reach the drain bolt myself on an evo and fell about afoot short. I am sure my arms are longer than yours as I am a little taller. Also you tightened it? So you have a 24mm socket just laying around your house. Most people do not.
The quality of the work is garbage. The clutch drags, they didn’t even adjust the clutch pedal it was left where I had it with the worn out clutch disk. Broken parts that were not mentioned to me, speed sensor stopped updating correctly. The flywheel inspection plate wasn’t replaced. Then Emery started feeding me BS, like I didn’t know what was going on.
The clutch probably drags because the disk is bent or the pressure plate is bad from the factory, You did not buy it from me so I will not warranty it. I have told you that several times. If the clutch was installed wrong you would have a lot more problems than it “dragging”.
I drove the car the pedal also did not need to be adjusted.
Your speed sensor is bolted to the tranny and is a magnetic pickup in a 6 speed. It was never removed, just unplugged and plugged back in, There is no way we could have damaged it.
As far as your inspection plate goes, Its not here and I really do not believe a word you say anymore so I don’t know what to tell you.
Yeah my car needs an alignment, but I look under my car and found the drain bolt loose. I get paranoid quickly so the new noise and finding the drain bolt loose got to me.
Again, you looked under the car to find a loose drain bolt?
Oh yeah the clutch fork wasn’t sitting correctly either I noticed shortly after, it’s supposed to sit center in the window while clutch isn’t pushed in. YES I KNOW IT’S A PULL STYLE, FORK SAT CENTER BEFORE THEY TOUCHED MY CAR!
The fork position does not matter as long as it has full travel which it did.
HEY EMERY YOU DON’T RECOMMEND ACT CLUTCHES, BUT YOU SELL THEM HMMMMMMMM…
[b]There are a lot of parts we do not recommend on our site. Some people can’t afford the more expensive ones and need an alternative. I certainly would not have set you up with a 6 puck for a daily driver though.

Yeah my car has seen 6 winters, it has rust. I was mad they didn’t mention anything to me. I had find out myself. Emery did you forget how many times you said “YEAH WE FUCKED UP”

I really only blame myself, when I was into dsms I heard lots of negatives. But I thought they changed, I believed in all the evom hype. But those guys spent thousands.
I took this a lesson learned, I don’t want reimbursement just thought the community should know. But I will never forget or forgive STM.
Bottom line is those on here who know me personally, know I’m a honest guy. That’s all that matters.

sure back in the day emery and i had our differences, i listened to certain people and grew an opinion off that, which in MY mistake i shouldn’t have. like emery said shit happens.
Listen, to anyone I’ll show show you I have a socket, it wasn’t a 24mm but it fit perfectly. I’ll also show you how “I” can reach the drain bolt laying on my back, my car is stock height.
The clutch was slipping cause the adjustment was so fucking high. Your a fucking retard honestly. Austin told me the flywheel was mint, I believed him he probably only hit it with a scotchbrite cause he also told me the old PP was good too. When I looked at shit is warped. Needless to say my car shifts worst then it did, yeah car is driveable but it sucks ass. $1000 down the shit hole.
Oh and see your the liar, to anyone I also have proof Emery said “yeah we fucked up, we didn’t tighten the drain bolt”

Yeah I listened to people too, I bought parts from them and had a crappy experience with that to start off. 2 weeks to get parts, and was told it was shipped then didn’t recieve them till 5 days later from Rochester. So I got mad, and bashed away. I told myself I was wrong so I apologized to Emery and started fresh. Then this happened, cause I didn’t listen to “those” people.

because we turned the smoothing off, the waves in the graph i think are because of the slicks. ill ask emery to chime in
The waves in the graphs are from a number of things. Belts on the dyno, Suspension, Tire wrinkle, straps and so on. Its just how it is. Every car we do with high hp tends to do that on our dyno. Most people use smoothing to get rid of it but there really is no reason to smooth out 5 whp swings.
