stock clutch kit choices?

hey,

I’m gonna be replacing my clutch temp. right now. I’ll be upgrading it to centreforce later in the summer. That said, should I dish out the 325 for nissan clutch kit, or buy CT’s 137 dollar clutch kit?

Is the quality very different between the two?

Thanks,

Andrew.

Get an ACT

Why go stock then aftermarket later?

If you have the money and time to throw away im not stopping you.

But dude go with aftermarket.

yea i have an ACT street clutch on my stock KA and im very happy so far

Well I need a clutch to drive my car after I complete my swap. I have a very limited budget, so I figured stock would do for now. If the CT clutch is garbage, I’ll just use my old clutch.

Thanks for input guys.

that was not my question.

Okay so save…

I just got my Dyna something or other OE clutch kit, it’s great… worth every one of the 13700 pennies, lol…

i’m very pleased with my new clutch.

DRE

So, you have the CT one?
I’ll take a look at my old one and make my decision.

Boobis Rule.

Andre why didnt you go aftermarket?

Andrew just get a new disc for now if your in that big of a bind.

Your pressure plate should still be good.

if you are going for a stock replacment, LUKE is the best out there for the money.
Thats what mine has in it, 3 years old and it still grabs hard.

how much did that run u tho?

didn’t install it, previous owner did, isn’t more than 200 with pressure plate.

I have a close to new clutch/pp off of my other car, $10 and it’s yours. You just got to come get it. The presureplate got a little wet, so the surface needs to be wet sanded. but there are no hotspots or other markings on it at all.
