I have a recent edition of Hot Rod where they swapped in an LSx (I think it might of been an LS2) into a Solstice. Looked like a ridiculously sweet ride. Imagine a power to weight of around 1hp per every 5.8 pounds (if you went to an LS7). That is insanity.

I was under the impression that Hot Rod engineers or whatever did it with help from GMPP, but I may have missed the spot where they said that company did it.
You are correct-- it was H.R./GMPP (not Mallett) who did the Hot Rod mag Solstice.
