You should
A) Get an AmEx
B) Put a hold on the charge. If they choose not to deal with you and jerk you around just cancel the payment and return the good. Case closed.

I had a issue with a seller before, and I put it my my charge… Called up AmEx and it was surprisingly simple and i got the money back by the next day. Didnt even ask me questions, i just said i didnt get it… She was like, ok, we will credit that to your account.

I’ve done it a few times, even with eBay fuck-ups, and never had a problem stopping charges. I’ve even had a roommate damage some things I had just bought, and my CC paid to replace them.
I think they’re nice because the people who don’t pay their bills are paying for our cancelled charges :bowrofl:
