If you have a million dollar car, then yes. IE - If i was working on Tony’s ZR1, then yea. For the rest of the cars, a torque stick, or just an impact socket will work fine. Just have to know how to use an impact gun is all.

disagree, wheel studs/bolts should always be torqued to spec.
