i gutted my 240 front to back, i noticed a little bit of a difference. but then i decided it looked really bad, so i stripped out the sound proofing tar crap and took out the rear seats and spare tire and just layed carpet down in the back. looks allright, pretty dam loud though. i go deaf on long trips :dizzy
