there are not to many good places in burlington (im in burl also), so you might need to branch out to miss or bramp area.
Doesn’t look too bad to be honest with you. I saw remove your fenders
pry off that top plate that joins the strut tower and the wheel well and see what ur lookin at. Most of the time, It’s just that top plate that is rotted.
The easiest fix to tell any welder to do, is to run a bead between the gap then weld a new plate over it.
