Suggestions for a good summer car

I am looking for suggestions for a summer car that is fun and in the coupe/small sedan category. Something along the lines of an m3.

I am looking for a good performer and not too concerned with practicality (i.e. RWD is fine and preferred).

I am hoping someone comes up with some good ideas I haven’t thought of. Looking to spend $15k or less.

should have kept your E46 ///M3

an ion redline!

Well it sounds like you want an M3. Buy one fool! :lol

+1.

Also, dunno how you feel about small cars but Toyota MR-S is a good fun car too. You can buy one already 2ZZ swapped for less than $15k and it should have Elise type power/weight and good handling.

NC Miata Club Spec package can be had for $11k these days, minimal weight and 170 hp, just add some wheels/tires/suspension and it will be a fun toy.

Of course NA/NB miata are the mainstays for cheap fun, see my PM if you are going this route.

Whaaaaaat! :excited

LOLs already happening

yes true, but once again, this is for a 2ZZ swapped, NOT

stopped caring when i head rwd isn’t practical lol.

Oops, fail on my part. Read it too quick :facepalm :lol

Dude I wrote “power/weight of an Elise”, not “power/weight of a 600cc crotch rocket” too… So as much as I love Jay Z (+ Nas)… Just not happening haha.

ZZ still a nice piece though when the car is that light!

? He said rwd is preferred.

buy my Cobra.

because he said practicality is not a concern.

'86 300zx Do it.

must be 2+2.

We got it, you drive rwd in the snow, its super practical. :number1

price range, and knowing what “good performer” means to you is a difficult spot to be in…
