Superior Auto Sales in Hamburg

X…

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice:lol:

do the calabrese’s own superior?

lol. i see what you did there.

 Xander

I remember seeing a hype R teggy there and getting all excited, just to take a closer look and notice it’s been torqued in a nasty front end accident…all the panels and paint were a wee bit off.

they mark up their shit ALOT, but, they also give A LOT for trade in.

They offered me $25.5 for my truck for a trade in on a 330i, and west her offered me $21.9

^that goes back to the simple rule of: you’re getting a lot more for your trade because you’re paying a lot more for the car.

This is why I love this old fuck

Who still does carfax here? I have a vin if they can run it for me.

if you’re this deep into the car buying proccess buy a carfax yourself… its 25 bux

Carfax isn’t that great though. When Jeller’s car was traded in, the dealer’s carfax said it had some front end paintwork done, not “his friend hit a deer at 70mph with it” :meh:

X…

Old man Xander still has game.

carfax is great but undoubtedly you will have situations as the you just described. It is still WELL worth spending the money for one, especially if your looking at multiple cars.

i have carfax till december 12th, just pm me the vin or post it in the carfax thread in the autos for sale section. I’ll get to it as soon as I can, which is usually right away

I just bought a '05 GTI from superior. The sales men are nice enough, and they don’t really push you. But they are overpriced. They provided me with a free carfax before i bought the car, when they started the paperwork the salesman entered in their asking price. When I asked what could be done about it he was dumbfounded. I know they paid about $11-12k for the car after overhead and everything else its $13-14k. The KBB for the car was $16,200. They where asking $16,500. I put it right out on the table my offer for the gti was $14,500. Now they haven’t sold shit lately, i know because I check all of the time. The salesman told me he’d check. He brought back a price of $16,350. He dropped it all of $150 bucks. I got up shaked his hand and walked out. He called me back across the parking lot, I sent my buddy who was co-signing to loan in to talk to the salesman. I went and talked to the owner. I drove the gti away that day for $15,000 with an interest rate of less than 6% because the 7.28% one they offered me i didn’t want. Moral of the story, these guys have nice overpriced cars. To get a decent price you have to be a complete ass, take advantage of the fact they are suffering because of the economy.

my friends car came up perfectly clean on carfax, the insurance company ran vinguard or some shit on it and found that the car was theft recovered and in a flood fyi carfax doesnt really mean anything.

what is this daughters name wtf she must have myspace/facebook

was it the white 97?

that car inspired me to find mind for less money with less miles.

BUMP

Finalizing a sale with them right now for a new car for my mom. Carfax came back clean, local sale single owner.

Price I’m paying is well below market, even below suggested TRADE IN price. Vehicle is top notch, only 6xxx miles.

Salesman (Richard) has been great and helped me a lot getting all the paperwork done with my mom living 5.5 hours away.

Maybe they’ve had too many bad experiences with you ricers who just want to show up and test drive cars with no intention of buying. :stuck_out_tongue: They’ve been nothing but accommodating for me.
