i’m guessing is just frame bolts, stuff thats exposed, but that still seems like a shit ton of bolts.
whats a typical fee for a track day?

Depends on the club, at the minium you will be required to wire the oil filter, tape headlights if they are glass. Some clubs required water in place of coolant.
^ pretty much.
You can use a hose clamp on the oil filter and then wire it to the bike. Gloves need to be guntlet, most likely you will need Snell or ECE certified helmet, some clubs will allow fabric gear. Tires and brakes should have no more than 50% wear.
think there is a filter that comes with a hole for a wire, k&n maybe
Its buy club that uses a particular track? not but the particular track? basically i’m looking to know what the nearest track to albany ny would require.
then i want to know whos going and has space free in a trailer and wants gas and toll money
You some filters like K&N already have a hole for wiring.
The closest track would be NHMS @ 4 hours, then NJMP @ 6 hours. Depends on club, usually a trackday costs around $200.
Feel free to create a post asking for interest in doing trackdays.
Going as a group is a very cost efficient way.
And once you have all your one time costs/fees taken care off it’s really not that bad.
you don’t need a valid NYS driver’s license for a track day do you?
I… had one…
I would assume they rather encourage you to go to a track if you don’t have a license rather than the street.
