WOW! My thoughts are with his family. My dad had his buddy killed in igh school by a car falling on him n a jack stand letting loose.

from what i read, he wasnt under the Syclone, he was under his tow rig, an extended cab dually.

that is horrible his tow rig is as amazing as his syclone.
this is the exact reason i have 6 ton jack stands… way over kill but im a pansy when it comes to getting under cars
Def,i had a jack that decided to let go but jackstands saved the day. sO sAD
My fathers jack let go one day when I was going to let it down, thankfully I was doing just that. Nothing was under it but it was still scary to think it could let go like that.

its a shame. it really is. my mom dated a guy when i was in high schoool, and a streetsweeper fell on him, and he died the same way.
That is aweful. Makes you realize how precious life is.
