So i figured I would post this in off topic because that is where it will probably end up, if not the drama section but I just caught this on the abc website…
It’s true, the roads in Syracuse were not designed for street racing. Their sole purpose is to get people from point A to point B. Now outside of Syracuse, different story. Everywhere else the roads were totally made for street racing! :picard:
The scene here is dead. I can think of about 50 other cities they could have gone to and had way more of an experience than Syracuse. There are about 3-4 great places around the city for perfect 1/4 mile dig races that gets used almost every weekend. Everything I’ve been involved in has always been a dig on the street. Although I did do a roll race with “Fat Jack’s” mustang when he claimed 7xx rwhp a couple years ago on nationals weekend here-haha. I edged him out with my old Lt1 heads/cam/spray Firehawk. If I didn’t have so many issues with the car this year, I still want to make it out to Roch or Buffalo to go mess around sometime next year.
