If anyone is interested I have 2 12" JL w0 subs in a sealed box, and a Jensen 1000w amp. Trying to get about 250 for it all. It bumps pretty nice. Everything works perfectly. I know some of you think its a weak set-up, but let me prove you wrong …
The JL w0 sub runs at 8ohms 250w rms. The Jensen amp is a 1000w amp at 2ohms. The 2 subs I have are 8 ohms a peice, that means bridged they are running at 4ohms. Thats 500 watts. 2 MORE bridged, would mean that the amps and subs will be running at 2ohms.
This would be a VERY loud, sound competition winner, system if your interested. Honestly I went to school for this stuff, and I will always love working on them, but Im getting tired of bass. God, I never thought i would ever say that.
