Anyone have a clue what this thing is worth? I don’t…
1973 Challenger, 50,000 miles, 440 Magnum, 4 speed. Pretty clean, drives nice but the 440 was not the stock motor.
sorry about the crappy cell phone pics.

i would rock that for sure
wow, is it a real r/t?
Just say, Sir your vehicle is a 35 yr old v8 gass guzzler… We can replace this vehicle at Manhiem for $500-700… However since it has low milage for the year i will give you $900!
See what he says
lol!! I don’t think he would appreciate that, but I’d die if he said ok
I forgot to ask if it is a real R/T so I’ll find out
numbers dont match! DO NOT WANT
whoa
Still worth some bucks. Probably $25,000 at least.
What is this, E-body day on NYSpeed?
I’d wager in the low twenties, if it was an original big-block car. '73 was past cutoff for high-compression muscle cars.
But I’d throw on a sleeveless Deep Purple tee, light a Marb Red and roll in it
Sweet car. I’d be interested to hear what it’s worth.
I was expecting Joe Dirt to get out of it and the guy was wearing khaki shorts and polo so I was disappointed.
They considering trading it in on a new car?
I would say it should be appraised at about 30K but I am not able to see it in person to really look it over
yep, a new truck. i just don’t know what to tell the guy we’ll give him for it. he seems to think he can give us his car and get a truck even up, i don’t think so.
Ive seen that car… it was in the barn I bought my jetta… he pulled it out and did a nasty heater down the road… nice car…
Hrmm…depending on the truck he may not be as crazy as you think.
I would watch this auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cars-Trucks___1973-Dodge-Challenger-Sublime-440-Recent-Restoration_W0QQitemZ260277465168QQddnZCarsQ20Q26Q20TrucksQQddiZ2282QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item260277465168&_trkparms=39%3A1|65%3A-1|240%3A1318&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245
Very similar car. Not original motor either, you can tell because when it is the original motor, they make a point to tell you 500 times throughout the ad. Striping looks a little odd to me, missing the R/T decals on the side. Could be a quicky resto-job on a plain-jane 318 car. Start with a white 318 2bbl, out pops a sublime 440 4bbl car, instant classic!
That pic looks like its from the 80’s lol.
What is the vin, and is there a fender tag? If there is a fender tag what are the codes?
id say 25k or so pending condition, my dads car was appraised at 18k and isnt no where near as rare a car
