ok i took the bolt out and stillhave it out and tried pullit out but um…its just not comin out…lol So how do i get it out?

Try using a prybar/crowbar?
Or I guess you could just smash it lol.
it would be in there tight to not vibrate and let air past…
they’re tricky to get out but it will come out hah.
try bending a metal hangar in to a hook so you can reach in the hole and hook it to get a better pull on it… I’ve never seen bings silencer in person but they’re usually the same, its probably about 6-8" deep (the hole). anything long enough to get in there and pull should slide it out easily…
you could try shooting some wd40 in there and around the edges to lube it up a bit? 
try it with the car running… the heat should expand the tailpipe just enough to loosen up the silencer… just don’t inhale the smoke! :lol:
what about using blow torch to heat it up to expand / let go & pulling?
