If you’re a dependant, go bug your parents for your rebate since it had their name on it. ;D

Shawn- My financial consultant friend has been hammering out the details on how to make the most out of cost of living disparity. As in you making 200k in NYC and when/how to move to TN and live like a king. He’s doing it for a guy in a similar situation and he’s going to come out better off than we expected. It can be done.

If I had a choice, I’d take the extra money as can you can save more/build more equity and leave and live better in the long run. That’s our plan.

yeah I couldn’t possibly ask what I’m asking in it’s current state, they want me to spend this money that’s exactly what I’m going to do, and I wasn’t really 100% set on selling it, I was in an automotive funk/depression because of the annoying issues I’ve been having with the car, but there’s a light a tthe end of the tunnel…I see the light. I’m running towards the light. Oh and add motor mounts to that list :rofl
