What are you getting with your tax return?

Don’t know if there was already a thread for this, didnt feel like searching lol. So what are you guys planning on getting/doing with your tax returns? I’m only getting like $800 becuase I owed the state nearly $400. But I am gonna pay some bills and probably buy a new rifle.

Bills (small crap will be DONE), exhaust, wheel/tires.

clutch/cam

rtab thats about all im gettin back

bills for sure.

I was gonna use some for my car but eh…fuck it. I’m not putting any more oney into it for a while. I’ve been wanting to get a rifle for years. I’ve been being really good with my money lately as far as not blowing it on shit and whatnot, so I’m gonna treat myself. I don’t even care if it’s used. I just want like a .30-06,.308, 30.30., or maybe even just a 22-250, or a .243. I am thinking maybe a marlin lever action 30-30. I fell in love with the one my friend has. Although I’d REALLY like to get a Thompson Contender. Both my sister and brother in law have one. They are VERY expensive but well worth the money.

I figure I want to give myself at least $300 of the tax return to spend on a new toy. Everything else is going for bills.

Moving 3 times this year helped bump my return, ended up getting 1800 back.

Probably just going to save it or invest it since I have no bills.

A new quartz countertop for the kitchen, new fridge, and 1/2 of my property tax for next year.

a 24 hour blow job

I don’t think i’ll be getting anything back, but if i do, it’ll be going towards the 5000 dollars in sales tax i need to pay in order to register the lotus.

:picard:

Really? With all the money and job problems you seem to have and post about you going to go out and blow half your return on a new toy? Why not put it all toward bills, or if you don’t have $800 in bills put it in a savings account so the next time some hardship hits you have a little cushion to fall back on?

My return? Going straight in the bank. Like most smart people I’m dumping money toward debt and savings because this economic crash has been a wakeup call about living within your means.

I totally know what you mean. I am putting the vast majority of it towards bills (biggest thing I’m paying off right now are student loans). I’d like to have some money for a gun if I can. It’s really all up in the air still. If I get this new job before hand I can afford it. if not, well…then I’m not sure. Like I said, i dont care if its used. You can pic up a decent used rifle for around $150-200 if you know where to look and know the right people. I would LOVE to get a Thompson Contender. They are fucking AMAZING! but the base gun alone is over $800. After getting a few different barrels and a decent scope it would be around $1500-2000. A bit out of my price range lol.

new rifle, and spending money for my NYC trip.

So you’re living on $183 unemployment and a new/used rifle seems like a good thing to be spending money on?

This is where the whole “seriously Jeg, so stupid” thing comes from. I like you, you seem to be a good guy, buy man use your head once and a while.

New roof on the house for me.

Bills, save.

Getting my STi on the road… Shes been down for too long!

Probably going to the Dominican in the spring and South Africa in the summer, so I guess I’ll stick it into savings for that. :stuck_out_tongue:

A wedding dress and into an account for the honeymoon. It is not my return, it is hers. She doesn’t make a lot so she gets it all back. I break even year after year. Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
