Our friend Cuban just quit/got fired for writing his own feedback emails…

essentially if a tech does a good job a customer can email in a little email and if you accrue enough of these emails within a month you can get gift certificates and the like.

Well turns out he would login to a customers webmail, and write in to our feedback address saying what a good job he did.
