through pain comes comfort, does stretching it out help?
Tendons are basically rubberbands and I remember from my short stint in the weight room that when I would get any pain if I made sure to really stretch everything to the extremes slowly before and after the work outs it would get better over time.
nice I do remember something from school Always nice to hear the advice you want.
ive just delt with it, i have it in my left arm from baseball i got it when it was 12. working out seems to help it.
just my 2 cents.

It really only hurts when I curl. It doesn’t bother me at all with any of my other exercises. It has subsided a shitload in my left arm, but my right arm it’s really bad. It was starting to go away, then I hurt it again putting wheel bearings in my Explorer(go figure). I’m just trying to see if there’s an easy fast fix .
Glad you got some relief but maybe reducing the routine intensity would be a good plan.
You may get decent size now but if you create a permanent injury then you wont be lifting at all.
