 touche.
:bigclap:
He got ripped off a year ago
It’s a constitutional right we still have.
Yes he did. When he was first elected one of the top issues listed on his website was the AWB. Then the gun buying frenzy happened. It was both good and bad. It sucked that you couldn’t buy a shitty 5 moa wasr for a reasonable price for a while, but it raised awareness, and made more people active in keeping their gun rights safe.
I was so entertained that you can go into a store and see full auto weapons. A guy I do work there with has two mac-10’s with silencers and are perfectly legal.
I was blown away that the MP5 is the most sought after submachine gun and that people pay $20k or more for them.
You can’t buy a full auto weapon made after the ban, and you have to pay a tax on both it and the suppressor.
NY is one of the few states that has made it illegal to own even pre-ban weapons
That was part of his campaign to get the hard left excited. Once he took office he realized there was a lot more important stuff to spend his political capital on that the public is actually in favor of, and that went on the back burner, probably permanently.
That doesn’t mean he didn’t talk about it though now does it?
Let’s just all agree that I am right
so what that handgun worth, that guy offered me?
How is trading a firearm for car parts irresponsible? Is it any different than trading for cash? Selling a firearm is perfectly legal, as long as it is to a non-felon.
He also is pushing hard for that treaty with Mexico, which would be worse than a gun ban, since it would ban hand-loaded ammunition (a hobby that I enjoy, and saves me a bunch of money) among other things. To say that Obama has done nothing to encourage the guns/ammo bubble is ignorant.
300-600 depending on condition
The chamber on this gun is weird, so you’d have to find the right person for the gun. I think they sold more of these in Europe then in the states. I think the ammo is the same as a .30 Luger. If you found the right person and it was in good shape I’d say $500 would be fair. It might take you a little while to find someone to buy it though.
If you ever wanted to have it though, you’d have to have it shipped from a dealer to a dealer, which is about $50-$100 depending on who you go through. Then you’d need someone with a NYS pistol permit to pick it up.
I have both my NYS and my Texas permits so I’m golden.
PM me if you buy it, and I will hook you up with an 01 that does $15 long gun transfers and $25 handgun transfers.
They said you can go into dealers and buy them. You need to wait a year and pay tax on it every year but you still can go into stores and buy them like you are buying beer.
but they aren’t new. They are pre-ban Class III
There are no legal new production full auto weapons for sale to non-law enforcement.
It’s not that you really even need to wait a year, you are really just waiting for them to finish a federal background check.
he is just using fedex
Its also too fucking hot in Texas, fuck that noise.
If it is coming to NY, by law it needs to be sent next day (2 day might be ok, but double check), and it has to be sent to an 01 who can do a handgun transfer.
Not doing this and getting caught will land you a hefty fine, and the possibility of an all-inclusive vacation at club fed for about 10 years.
And how does he no he’s not an ex felon? Trading guns for car parts just sounds shady. I’m sure Studderin will go through proper channels but how do we know that someone else wouldn’t. To buy a handgun in NY you need a permit and you need to register it. How do we know that certain elements go through this process to obtain a handgun illegally.
Thats all I’m saying, it just sound like the perfect way to obtain a handgun without a permit.
Why not sell the handgun to a gun store and pay cash instead? Sounds easier to me.
Whine about what?
I think my point is valid sorry you don’t see it that way but instead of calling me a baby and a faggt why not prove me wrong?
I know that might be a hard concept because that will require reason and logic. Things you are fresh out of but try it, you might surprise yourself.
And don’t be afraid to PM me and remind of what exactly I “whine” about. I’d love to get a list from you.
If some moron in Texas will ship a handgun directly to Studderin, then they are both in severe legal trouble. Yeah, its an “easy” (if by some luck it passes screening) way to obtain a handgun without a permit, just like mailing 5 pounds of weed would be an “easy” way to obtain illegal drugs.
It is in no way more flawed than anything else that is heavily restricted.
