He is drunk, gets punched in the head, stumbles backwards and hits his head on a table, then falls to the ground. Friends drag him home and put him in bed to sleep it off. Kid dies 6 hours later due to a brain bleed. Now you’re spending 20 years in a state prison because of a text message.
Situations like this happen. A situation VERY similar happened in a suburb of buffalo less than 6 months ago. Female was shit faced, got into an argument with her roommate. She gets pushed, stumbled and whacked her head on the edge of a table, and was left on the kitchen floor with the mumbles screaming at everyone. We picked her up 3 hours later with a severe brain hemorrhage and she died about 4 hours later at the hospital. I SH*IT YOU NOT, that was caused by an argument over keeping the refrigerator closed.
