Well, this has been planned for quite a while, but I’ve finally decided to start slowly but surely working on my 1987 Mustang GT fox body. It’s in rough shape now, but solid enough for me to be able to strip it down and start from the ground up and do what I need to do.
I figure I will update this once in a while with more details when I feel up to it, and the occasional picture or two of certain aspects of the build.
This car has a lot of sentimental value to me, and this build will get the absolute best of everything in every respect.
I have placed no limitations on myself as far as a budget or time is concerned, my only acceptable end goal is to build the caliber of car that I promised my best friend I would build when I was a kid. This car wont be out anytime soon, but when its done, it’s going to make some noise.
On to the pics. I’ve got a long way to go. Phase 1 is a complete, and I do mean complete tear down of the car to its bare shell. Ive just started to do a little bit of this, as you will see in the pics.
I must admit when I saw the title of the thread I figured this was gonna be like a kitchen remodel or like “hey check out my new arm chair cause i’m getting old and I don’t want to go fast anymore”
You know like half of this board.
 to you. For fucking doing something. And not being cheap.
Good luck sir.
That red interior looks like a stick of cinnamon gum.
