a great plateau buster thatw orks for me is th 5x5 method. Its especially awesome when it comes to chest. Do 5 sets of 5 reps witht he same weight. But you only take 1 minute rest at the most in between sets. The weight should be heavy enough that by your 5th set you should only be able to do 4 reps or be struggling greatly with the 5th. I do that for a couple weeks on all my body parts it works awesome. My bench went from 245 to 275 in about 3 weeks doing this, and i was stuck at 245 for a long ass time.
Any recommendations for creatine?
Yeah, don’t need to use it.
I found dancing wildly for 3 hours doing cheesy dance moves is a fantastic workout.
Proper nutrion>supplements, but I’d stick to creatine monohydrate if you have to take some.

just curled 120lb on an ez curl bar… standing… 10 times, for 3 sets. albiet my third set was a bit sloppy at the end… but still, pretty excited

I could add in my dead lift #'s, my squat #'s, my bent over row #'s etc etc, bicepts are a muscle too, nothing wrong with stating your #'s on standing curls dumbo
do you ever feel like your wrists are going to break when you’re using an EZBar lol? mine only feel that way on curls. its actually a lot harder for me to curl heavy weight with an EZbar than dumbells

i was at about 11% bodyfat last year at the start of summer, now im at 18% and its super hard to cut down. i feel like a fatfuck, im about to not eat anything, go on winny and do cardio 3 hours a day lol

I do quite a bit of preacher work, and tend to use an EZ bar, I do use a strait bar for reverse grip curls though.

Hmm, I use both a straight bar and EZ bar, the EZ bar i feel I can really direct all of the work to just my bicepts, I can literally let the bar lay in my hands and focus on just using my bicepts, where as a straight bar i feel i use my forearms and other muscles as well (which is not bad by anymeans) My left arm is kinda fuxor’d due to breaking it pretty bad a few times… but I don’t notice any pain… idk, just try differnt hand positons?

I hear ya there. I broke my right arm when I was 12 and it healed a little crooked. I cannot curl any decent weight with a flat bar.
on an unrelated note I benched 225 for 15 reps last week.
pull ups > curls.
