Wow that sucks. I had a 69 VW Bug convertible that burned up…backfired thru the carburetor caught the engine on fire caught the top on fire dropped down caught the interior on fire and burned to the ground. Haven’t had a car since that didn’t have a working extinguisher in it.

Mine didnt flame up, it just really smoked bad then i dumped Iced tea on it and pulled the battery terminals.
Penny in cigarette lighter = $5800 in damage and still drove it home
