Thats what everyone says, but I don’t find it any more difficult than my DJ bike that this is replacing.
Calling that a “track bike” makes baby Jesus cry. That is as close to a track bike as I am to winning a mountain stage at the Tour. Good for getting in some great cardio though.
I rode 12 miles this past weekend. I certainly wasn’t the slowest of the group. Definitely need to get a dropper seat post
Finally got up to Big Bear. I am in front of the camera bike after the first section.
Nice! How do you think an HT 29’er would do up there? I have no desire to throw gobs of money at a full suspension bike atm.
I took the hard tail 26" in post #144 up there 3 times. I was just slower through the rock gardens. You can rent a FS bike for 60-80 for the day.
ha, yep. Currently looking to rent house with a garage so I can keep it. Either North of the 405 in Long Beach or over by Lomita.

I have two spots in a parking garage. All work done so far is quick stuff I can do in one night. Can’t really pull the motor or swap in an 8.8 in that environment…

Moving this Friday! Found a 3 bedroom house with a 2 car garage in a quiet Gardena neighborhood, $2500 a month. 4 miles from work. I brought the volvo to work today to store it over the weekend during the move and since it was slow I was able to get it on the scales. LS swap over christmas break?
i still really think you should find a 2 door version of that thing…
