They’re all tax free until you take the $ out.

Why anyone would ever work for anyone other than themselves is beyond me… at least when they dont have a defined career path.
If anyone is interested… and has parents with money that want to get them started, I am going to be selling one of my small companies. Last year was the 2nd year of operation and I had two men work an average of 2 days a week (both guys together, same days). This was word of mouth and google business start up, havnt touched marketing yet really because we ONLY HAD 2 days a week to dedicate to this.
The billings average $1000 a day for 6-8 hour days, and There was basically $60 k income for 60 days total work, expenses were less than 1/2, including Truck, equiptment, material/chemistry etc.
Im selling the company for $25k including a 2005 wrapped box truck and all equipment… AND five 1/2 days of training to show how to do it right (you keep the $2500 or so income profit from those 5 half days too) Selling because, even though $500-675 a day profit is good, especially if it was worked 4-5 days a week instead of 2, our focus has shifted to another company and I need my biz partner to run with it, rather than focus here.
The company is generally near the top of google searches … its just a budding company.
Bottom line, if you can get $25k, you can own an operational business that will make you good cash american money. Requires use of hands, legs and some brain… and a smile. This is a give away…Its just growing fast and I would hate to kill it when its known as the best at what it does in the region, in just 2 years.
PM me if you have the ability to do this and are interested.
HOW ABOUT YOU JUST GIVE IT TO ME AND I’LL PAY YOU UNTIL YOU HAVE 25K OK?
With 15k down maybe…
I didnt list the company name on purpose btw, this is a business opportunity and if your in the market, this should be looked at, as its the best opportunity for the price in the area…hands down, you will pay for the company, truck and equipment in 30 days of work… it is manual labor. I simply dont have tructworthy manpower… if I do not sell it Ill be looking for someone exceptionally responsible to run it with pay in the $20 per hour range.
HOW ABOUT A 20" SANYO FLAT SCREEN TELEVISION
What is the business? Doing rehabs orr?
Mass addiction interventions. Flash Mob style.
for a smart dude that wont answer pms or texts…
see a few posts above, where I state “I didn’t name the business for a reason”.
No, not rehabs, nothing to do with that.
to others…
STAY IN COLLEGE STAY IN COLLEGE… or find 25k
I’ll post a link when it becomes official, being listed with a business broker, I, by contract, can’t and choose not to self advertise it quite yet. I am also in franchise discovery for this company, but New York is a nightmare and at a snails pace. Being the origional of the brand, to whomever buys this one, there will be no royalties, nothing to ever buy from us, and may include the entire business info digital booklet that we wrote throughout the process. No strings in any way. As stated before, training is included as well as 10 percent $ back for earning made by the company during training. Don’t get me wrong, this is a simple business in many ways…
There are options to purchase over time or with royalty, but would require a business plan submission and credit checks. I simply cant legally sell this in NYS as a franchise anytime soon.
Bottom line is, as it sits, 2nd year in biz, it was $1000 a day… someone wants to work 10-12 hours, it goes to $1500 a day. We have the best name in the industry in the Capital Region and our typical referral source organizations know us well, even though few here might know the of the company. We didn’t advertise, but got some nice local write ups… we literally got to busy too fast for our available time. There was a learning curve where I HAD to be onsite and it took me away from core business determination and building.
As owners, it does not make economical sense for us to be on the job site… with equipment, payroll costs, insurance and disability, WC… as it can limit the profits to $500 a day (after budgeting for expenses and payroll as stated) as we run it now… split that in two, as I took a partner so I never had to go back on-site, and for $250 a day its simply not worth my or his efforts. I am going to take him on a new venture.
This should be a business run and done by the owner so his pockets swell some.
For anyone thinking this is a scheme, Kirby vacuums, ROI, etc, its nothing like that. This is a real business, makes money, and our clients and referral sources rave about us. Its a gift , not only because of the Vehicle and equipment, but the locally respected name in the referring community, google standings, and most importantly, the training and industry info is valuable.
Yes 25k will make you a k a day, eeasilay!
you…didnt pm or text me? And I was just curious what the business involved… Can you stop by the store tomm and talk?
F you guys. Found my next business venture…
College is a form of investment just like a small business, the main difference is that you’re investing in yourself instead of a separate entity like a small business. I think that’s the simplest way to put it. Of course, assuming that there are both great and poor investments in each field.
Not entirely true. If you’re going to school for business admin, liberal arts, or some BS degree like that you’ve wasted either your parents hard earned money or you took a huge ass loan so you could party for 4 years. In today’s economy you need some sort of technical degree to earn a decent job out of college.
Couldn’t disagree more.
Disagree also. Look at the the tons of job openings there is a ton that require a bachelors degree. Don’t care what it’s in just a bachelors degree
Yup. Look at 90% of these job postings that require a bachelors. They won’t even give you the time of day without a bachelors at least.
What jobs in upstate new york are hiring that pay over $45,000? There’s a shit load of people out of college with those degrees and are doing NOTHING with them
is there a college/trade school on the east coast that has a machinist program?
just give up
:rofl
