trying to send MMS without updating to 3.1… anyone else try this http://www.iphonexpert.com/mms/
I try and i get the camera icon now, but it gets to like 90% and then fails to send…
im on 3.0.1 and it works fine, seems to take a w hile to send but it works
Anyone else have a massive delay on some mms messages? Some of mine send in like 2 mins but others take literally 9 hours before the ppl recieve them
Na all the ones I have sent have gotten there in a few minutes.
Remember, the upload is slower so you are sending sometimes a big file so if you are on EDGE it may take a long time for it to upload. Haha

alright, I have a question. I have an itouch 2g. it used to let me use the full version of hotmail from the browser, now it forces me to use the crappy mobile version. is there any way to not use and mobile version ever? I can just zoom if need be. thanks!
my 3G is only two weeks old. over the weekend it kept loosing signal and wouldn’t send or receive txts. i’ve been restarting it and that seems to fix the problem for a few hours. then it happens again. i’m running 3.1 btw.

So i have tried doing this several times and I keep getting an error when typing the info into the c:\ command line.
I am doing exactly what the directions say and I’ve double checked with several other tutorials and I get the same thing every time
I actually got mine to work! use these intructions! --------------EDIT-----------------
Download http://myurlz.com/mms1 and then you choose either the Mac or Windows Files. Unzip them, use winrar for windows to unzip, and then you have 2 folders. Click on the iPhone or executable file which runs the code in terminal or command. Its pretty obvious. The iPhone code extension is .app and the widows in .bat to recognize it. After, you run the code, open up itunes(make sure it is closed during this), plug your device in, and update to the ipcc file which you can download or it comes in the file you downloaded. Hope this helps. Comment if you need more help.

Now open up the folder you downloaded obviously the one for windows if you have that, but before you open Itunes or anything run the program " ASR - ipccEnabler " then after that i opened Itunes and held shift update( or is it restore) anyways that how i did mine, at first it didnt work until i used the “ASR - IpccEnabler”
dont forget to restart, like i said when i first did this i didnt use the ASR-ipccEnabler and the phone just didnt actually send pics but had all the buttons for camera and what not.
Just went back to last page and didn’t see this mention but looks like apple disabled the MMS feature for now because of the amount of penis photos that were sent through the iphone.
