Well everybody knocks this car and calls it RICE a little part of me is feeling it though its HARD to admit. If I had it my way I’d own 3 cars two s13 hatch & coupe and then a eg civic. I just think it would be a funny car to d/d and track.

I’ve owned two EG’s. The people that attempt to make fun of them have never owned nor driven them. They are amazingly fun little cars that can be made into fast fast cars. I still have lots of civic friends that own really nice cars.
I don’t get why everyone knocks Hondas. Civics can be made awesome! It’s just the fact of the D-series motor sucking. Honestly though, it’s a small car with lots of swap possibilities, insanely reliable and good on gas. Not all of them are riced out either, I’ve seen some clean ass EG’s that I’d love to own.

^^ No, you cant knock on civics or honda’s in general at all. You can make fun of the idiots driving them that have done the unbelievable. Example, 20ft high spolier, lambo doors, extreme body kits…etc. But in reality, they are amazing cars (havent owned an EG, but i’ve driven a few). The D series motors are amazing aswell, they are like KA’s, that keep on living, no matter how much you abuse them. And once you turbo them… we’ll, thats another story altogether.
Back on topic though, i would def. rock the 2nd EG, minus the sideskirts, eyelids, and the front bumper :P. A Lip kit is more then enough for me.
This is my DD 8 months of the year and I probably will never change that. unfortunately finding a 10 plus year old Honda with no rust is like finding a S13 with no rust. This one took 6 years to find and is onl like that cause the previous owner was a snowbird and took it to Florida for the winter months.

I could do with just a lip kit as well but for a body kit I fond this to be pretty clean.
I live in burlington and most of them are killed with crappy gliter paint, spoilers and apc tails but there are a few that are done nice. One guys running a EK ( not my style ) the car is a creamy white with 15" rims red inner and chrome lip looks nice.
I dont know maybe I’ll get an EG one day but first I MUST I build the s13 of my dreams. lol

their nice cars overall. just 90% of them on the road are riced to the max and have the bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh exhaust instead of a vroommmm. and cut springs and rusted more then 240s are. they all want to race like their 90hp is so fast.
