the manifold/turbo gasket on my sr is blown....

the gasket where the turbo bolts up to the mani is blown in my car. after buying a new BOV i realized i had an exhaust leak and my BOV was fine. i was just wondering if anyone has changed this before and how difficult it was. any tips or pointers would be very helpful. :slight_smile: thanks

Take it off. Now here’s the tricky part… Put it back on the same way.

WERD!! This has been covered a couple of times. Ca and SR and probably for an RB too.

its easy. the only tool that you might not have is a bent ratchey with a swivle head on a 17mm. The job takes about 1.5 hr if youve done it a few times. The problem is extreamly common. Make sure to use the tabs on the bolts once finished or your bolts will come off in a week even if you use lock tite.

those locking tabs are fucking useless get rid of them use lock tite and lock washers, i did mine at the beggining of the year and havent had a problem since, but ya like jvd240 said search man search!!!
